This work comes from lived experience
—not theory
I help people move from compensation to structural support—
by understanding how the body actually organizes itself.
-
From a young age, my body adapted to injury.
As a toddler, an accident left my leg misaligned.
Years later, I was hit by a car and landed on my sacrum, altering my lower spine.I didn’t understand it at the time.
But my body did what bodies do—it compensated.
My posture shifted.
My weight distributed unevenly.
Some muscles overworked, while others stopped doing their job.Over time, that became my normal.
-
By my thirties, the strain was constant.
Neck pain.
Migraines.
A knee that would swell without warning.I tried everything—stretching, strengthening, adjustments.
Some things helped temporarily.
Nothing truly held.Looking back, I wasn’t solving the problem.
I was reinforcing the compensation.
-
One day, I caught my reflection and stopped.
Not because of how I looked—
but because something didn’t make sense. My rib cage was uneven.
My spine twisted.
My weight collapsed into my knees. For the first time, I saw the structure I had been living in.
Not as separate problems—
but as a system.And I realized:
No one else was going to reorganize this for me.
-
I stopped chasing symptoms
and started studying structure. How joints align.
How muscles support through tension.
How force moves through the body.Progress wasn’t immediate.
But over time, I began to feel the difference
between collapse and support—
between holding tension and organizing it.Piece by piece, I rebuilt how my body functioned.
-
What emerged from that process became:
The Tensegrity Technique
A practical way to reorganize how the body distributes load—
so support is shared across the whole structure. When that changes:
joints stop carrying load alone
muscles begin to coordinate
movement becomes lighter and more efficient
-
Most people are never taught how their body actually works.
They’re given instructions—
but not understanding. My mission is to change that.
To help people:
recognize their patterns
understand how support is organized
and learn how to restore it
Not through force—
but through awareness and precision. -
Your body isn’t broken.
It adapted.
And with the right understanding,
it can reorganize.
Start Where You Are
You don’t need to fix everything at once.
You just need to begin noticing
how your body is working right now.
